Looks amazing; very excited for this anyway, but this marks a real leap in anticipation. Will there be the chance to pre-order, or do we just impatiently wait for The Day?

  Amazon does not let mere mortals put paperbacks up for pre-sale. You’ve gotta be pulling in huge orders, preferably with a publisher. Last year I did the Kindle pre-order, but I doubt I’ll bother this time.
