You don’t have to read my updates if you don’t want to. This is more about me doing something to stay a little saner. I started writing the first scene today. The original plan was to start tomorrow, so (by my calculations) I’m ahead of the game. It’s way too early to start thinking about the cover, but here I am. I need a new laptop. This one no longer approves of the letter r and I must occasionally go back and retype all the r‘s.
The Sapphire Veil
Nick Harrow thought he knew what he was seeing.
A beautiful woman. A simple opportunity. A house with a bad reputation.
By the time he forces open the door and finds the body, it’s already too late.
The room is empty. The man is dead. And everything Nick is certain of will prove to be wrong.
As the story unravels, each answer only sharpens the illusion—until the truth reveals itself not as something concealed, but as something misread from the very beginning.
The Sapphire Veil is a mystery of perception, where the most convincing lies are built from what is plainly seen.
You have one more week to buy my e-books for the ridiculously low price of about a dollar. After that, they will go back to their original price of one billion dollars. You’d be a fool not to act now.
Take care,
Fools!
